Weekend with Nan, Poppy, and Crawfish

Well Easton certainly wanted to try a crawfish. I think I got some good photos of him. Note the red swelling on his forehead . . . I was trying to get a close up and he lunged for the camera and we collided. He didn't cry though . . . whew! We had a very fun weekend with the grandparents!

Easter Weekend with Grandparents

Here are some pics . . . we had a wonderful time with Grandma Jules & Grandpa JR. It was gorgeous weather and we even dined on the patio :) Easton thought his grandparents were SO funny!

Teeth!

Well, this explains quite a few fussy, sleepless nights. Pittmans can attest to this on Saturday night, when E woke up every hour crying. It was lots of fun, and thanks for bearing with us!

Easton now has his two bottom teeth. I felt like a dentist pulling his lip back to reveal the teeth, but I really wanted to document it with photos . . . extreme close-up! I'm sure he was thinking, "Mom, get your finger OUT of my mouth please!" (he says please b/c of course he has manners at 7 months; a southern gentleman already!)

Snow & 7 Months today - March 20th?

Well once again we have LOTS of snow . . . when two days ago we were in shorts. And two days from now we will be too. Crazy weather this year! (Note the white spot on my turtleneck. Is it a necklace? No, it is spit-up, of course! I couldn't figure out why all morning I smelled spit-up, until I saw the photo and looked in the mirror. LOVE IT!)

Easton is also 7 months today. This past Wendesday he received his helmet and has adjusted fairly well, which is good since he'll be in it for the next 3 months. Sleep is interrupted more than usual as he gets used to it, but so far he is handling it like a tough little man. Well, really, he doesn't know any better, whew! But it does push down on his right eye and they call it "angry eye", which is hilarious! See photo :)

6 Months!

I have been slacking. Here are some photos of the last month or so. Eastie is getting SO big. He is sitting up and eating a TON! He loves to eat and is not picky about his food. Whew, makes things much easier :) I find him all over his bed so I thought I would capture his favorite side po
